Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the legislatures of Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina are currently deliberating bills that would ensure corporate policyholders secure business-interruption coverage from their property & casualty policies.
