Serving as first-chair counsel in a four-day arbitration in 2019, Ken represented a power company based in Peru in a case that involved breaches of representations and warranties related to legal and tax obligations for its subsidiaries in Guatemala. Ken prevailed and a panel of three arbitrators awarded his client more than $30 million.
