Cohen Ziffer Lawyers Secure a Victory for Convergys Services Corp.

Our team secured a victory in an E&O claim for our client, Convergys Services Corp. An Ohio federal court ruled that the underlying class action lawsuit triggered the professional services definition of the policy and that the exclusions raised by the carriers did not bar coverage.  The case settled favorably on appeal, enabling, in turn, a favorable settlement of the underlying action.
