Securing a recovery worth more than $1 billion

Robin served as lead counsel in successfully representing IMO Industries in a bet-the-company case.  She helped secure unprecedented and key victories in the trial and New Jersey appellate courts that allowed the company to access more than $1.8 billion in coverage for asbestos liabilities. After a four-day bench trial, the New Jersey Appellate Division affirmed the trial court rulings – and nearly a dozen substantive motions decided by the trial court – in favor of the policyholder.
