After looking at a couple of sublets, we realized that even the nicer ones weren’t completely us and our personality, and so we decided to enter into this lease.”
It was important to Cohen — who said she loves the energy of Sixth Avenue — to stay in the same neighborhood. The previous, 13,000-square foot office was at 55th and 6th Avenue, while the new, 25,000-square foot office is at 53rd and 6th, she said.
The new location is a more efficient space, with double the offices and great restaurants nearby, Cohen said.
