Law360: Retirement Provider’s Disgorgement Is Insurable, Judge Says

Judge Jan Jurden of the Delaware Superior Court granted summary judgment in favor of retirement services provider TIAA-CREF, finding that a civil settlement of three class action lawsuits involving claims for disgorgement was an insurable loss under New York law.
