Robin Cohen featured in AmLaw report: “Two Legal Sluggers Go to Bat for Minor League Baseball in COVID Insurance Fight”

June 24, 2020·News·less than a minute

Robin Cohen was recently featured in an AmLaw Litigation Daily report titled “Two Legal Sluggers Go to Bat for Minor League Baseball in COVID Insurance Fight.” The article notes that Robin has teamed up with Andrew Sandler, from Mitchell Sandler, to represent 15 Minor League Baseball (MiLB) teams seeking to recover financial losses resulting from the global pandemic. In the report, Robin explains that “the virus attaches to surfaces and makes the facilities uninhabitable. That’s sufficient to trigger the policies.” You can read the full article here.
