My Approach

As an attorney with an artistic streak, I revel in the interplay between the structure of legal argument and the creative spark that animates it. But my dedication to helping clients solve their problems is what drives me—and what makes this work deeply fulfilling.

Overview

The recipient of numerous honors and awards, Melissa Rosenberg helps clients resolve a wide range of insurance recovery issues.

As a collaborative attorney who thrives on teamwork, Melissa enjoys being involved from the beginning of strategic discussions, thinking through issues from every angle, and contributing her insight and analysis to help secure successful resolutions for clients.

With a highly curious and investigative mindset, Melissa delves deep into insurance policies and document productions to uncover relevant information. Always learning, she stays on top of the ever-evolving legal and regulatory landscape to help her counsel and advocate as effectively as possible.

Melissa brings outstanding people skills to her practice, and her musical theater background assists her in responding to a variety of audiences. She also places a premium on creating a space where clients feel comfortable sharing comprehensively so that she can provide highly informed counsel. Those she represents appreciate Melissa’s sharp intelligence, level-headed approach, warmth, and sense of humor.

At New York Law School, Melissa served as editor-in-chief of the Law Review. She began her legal career at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Her clients benefit from her ability to write persuasively and pinpoint flaws in opposing counsel’s arguments.
